LRHS swimmers are headed to regionals.

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- The LRHS Mustangs swim team competed in their district swim meet this past Friday, Oct. 23.

Both the girls’ and boys’ teams placed fourth out of the eight teams that competed this year.

Head coach Steve Lubrino said, “I thought it went especially well with considering how COVID-19 has changed the season and the kids haven’t been able to get as much practice in.”

The regional championship swim meet will be held this Saturday, Oct. 31 at the North Shore Aquatic Center in Saint Petersburg.
