(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – All paperwork for LRHS athletes must be submitted online for the 2023-2024 school year.
All athletic paperwork is now being processed by using Athletic Clearance online.
Athletic Director Kent Ringquist said “Lakewood Ranch High School’s Athletic Department is now using Athletic Clearance to process athletic paperwork. We will no longer accept paperwork to be turned in to the athletic Office.”
Ringquist said the new system will benefit both coaches and players.
Ringquist said coaches won’t have to worry about lost paperwork and will be informed right away whether an athlete is cleared to participate.
Players, he said, “will know from an email if they are cleared to participate in the sport they are wanting to do.

“When students are missing paperwork. An email is generated to the parent and coach. Or when a document is going to expire, email is sent out 60 days prior,” added Ringquist.
Coaches and front office personnel will no longer accept any paperwork in person or by email.
All athletic insurance will also be paid online.
Student athletes must be cleared before they can participate in athletics this upcoming 2023/24 school year.
All physicals are good for one year, any new physicals must be uploaded online.
