Michelle Rodriguez – Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS said goodbye to the Class of 2023 Wednesday night.

Graduation for all seniors took place at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Bradenton’s LECOM park.  A video of the entire graduation ceremony can be found here.

LRHS Principal Dustin Dahlquist said, “We send the Class of ’23 into the future…a future that is bright because of these amazing students.”

Senior class adviser and math teacher Ann Fleury said, “I think they did a fantastic job. I think they did a great job and have a great future.”

Three graduating Mustangs, Jessica Kobetitsch, Thomas Stochl and Tierney Thornhill, addressed the crowd, reflecting on past successes and future dreams.

Senior Jared Baker, said “Graduation was a great experience and I memory I will cherish forever.”

400 graduating Mustangs plan to go to college to complete their education. 200 received scholarships for college, totaling over $3.8 million earned.

Senior Jake Wellander, said “Graduation was amazing, and I was so happy I got to experience it with my befriends. I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”
