(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Lakewood Ranch Mustangs baseball defeated Winter Haven Blue Devils In the regional quarterfinals Wednesday.

LRHS (19-7) won 6-1 at home,

It was a team contribution by the Mustangs, as they rallied a total of nine hits.

Junior Lochlan Radloff pitched for the Mustangs, allowing four hits, but only giving up one run.

Mustang sophomore Hayden Antonelli said, “We have been playing well in this stretch of games, and last game we were able to continue our hot streak.

“It was cool to see how many fans came to watch us play as well,” continued Antonelli.

Antonelli appreciates this win, but has his eyes set on the next game, as they will take on the Plant High School Panthers (18-7).

“The next team we play is going to be really tough, so we have to show up and play how we’ve been playing all year.” Antonelli added.

The Mustangs look to keep their season alive at 7 p.m. Saturday in Tampa.
