Emma Chapman- Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Mustangs can attend a “Junior Night” hosted by Manatee Technical College (MTC) at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 20.
College and career advisers will provide information for high school juniors to prepare them for their senior year.
The information will also help juniors plan during the summer.
LRHS College and Career Adviser Dr. Carmen Purpus said, “The College and Career Advisors will host sessions on topics that are important for students to prepare such as testing (ACT, SAT, and PERT), researching and visiting colleges, resumes, letter of recommendations, how to pay for college, and give them a timeline to use to stay on track.”
