Senior Britlee Yant was enthusiastic about the night.

“It is a great way to celebrate the seniors that have worked so hard and dedicated their time and effort to our team,” she said.

Patel looks toward the future for her team.

“I’m excited to see what the next generation will be able to do with the program we left them and to return to help them for games in the next seasons. Once a Mustang, always a Mustang.“

Mustang Head Coach Elijah Weaver reflected on the past few seasons and how this will affect the team.

He said, “I will have a lot of tears for this really good group of seniors. It is probably our biggest graduating class, once they are gone it’s going to create a big void in our team with the loss of a lot of our playmakers.”
