(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS is accepting prom guest forms through Schoology submissions.

All guests’ forms must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Friday, Apr. 14.

Mustangs must join the Schoology group to access the form and submission box.  The access code is SHND-TDC6-G3N78.

Guests must have their own schools complete forms and send them to an LRHS student to submit online. 

Mustangs may then receive an approval from the submissions comment box.

Any issues or concerns with the application will also be included in the submissions comment box.

The LRHS Prom Committee recommends waiting until the guest form to be approved because no refunds will be issued.

Late forms will also not be accepted.
