Bellantonio said, “Students will benefit from being informed of the dual enrollment college credits they can earn while being enrolled as a high school student. This not only saves LRHS students time to complete their respective degree programs early, but it also saves the family money on paying tuition.”

Junior Maddy Cardillo is doing full time dual enrollment through the State College of Florida.

“I’m glad I chose to do dual enrollment because it helps challenge me and it has helped me meet new people who help me achieve my educational goals. I also know it will help me reach my goals faster than it would as a full-time high school student,” Cardillo said.
