Olivia Ellis– Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS Silver Stars dance team competed in the Dance Team Union (DTU) competition this past Saturday at Seminole High School.
The stars placed fifth for small varsity jazz and seventh for varsity spirit showdown.
LRHS junior Destiny Talbert said, “It was an amazing experience, and our team has never felt closer.”
The stars were joined by other local high schools like Braden River and Parrish Community High Schools.

Mustang sophomore Bella Sosso said, “I had a lot of fun with my team and I’m proud of us.”
To follow up their competitions the Stars are preparing to showcase those routines they competed at the annual “Yes We Can Dance” at the end of March.
