Jordyn Patterson – Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS Winter Color Guard placed first and were named Regional Color Guard Premiere Champion in their first performance of the season.
The performance was titled “Tropical Tides.”
Winter Color Guard instructor Renee Schindler said, “I am very proud of how the students performed on Saturday.”
Winter Color Guard takes place at the end of marching band season and March.
The performers prepared six hours a week with occasional weekend practices.
Schindler continued, “I am looking forward to continuing to work on the show and seeing how much the group can improve before their next competition.”
