Maggie Sugalski – Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – As many Mustangs know, many New Year’s resolutions don’t last.

A common new year’s resolution for many is to lose weight or to get healthier in general.

LRHS substitute Erika White used to teach nutrition and wellness.

While it is not her main focus now, she enjoys giving advice to her students.

White said, “I love talking to my students about personal issues, school, and just generally guiding them in the right direction.”

“To continue to guide them to the best of my abilities. You can always accomplish something if you put your mind to it,” she continued.

White hopes all Mustangs will keep up with their resolutions and goals for the new year.
