(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) –- LRHS will hold their annual Acts of Kindness Challenge the week of Jan. 23-27.

The theme of this year’s challenge is “Grow Kindness.”

LRHS Assistant Principal Thomas Bellantonio said, “Are you kind to those around you? Then prove it! The Lakewood Ranch High School Hope Ambassadors chapter challenges you to participate in the 2023 Great Kindness Challenge.”

KidsForPeaceUSA said the Acts of Kindness Challenge “started 12 years ago with just three schools in Carlsberg California now there are over 36,000 schools with 19 million students (about the population of New York) participating all over the world this year’s theme.”

To participate, Mustangs can talk to one of the Hope Ambassadors at their designated lunch period to obtain a Great Kindness Challenge checklist.
