Jules Telfort – Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS welcomed a new club, EmpowHER, to the school for the 2022-2023 school year.
The club meets at 7 a.m. every Wednesday in room 540. All female Mustangs are welcome to attend.
The club was founded by senior Tamlyn Leatt and it is a girls-only Bible study club where Mustangs can meet others with similar beliefs.
“Club members can expect guest speakers once a month, frequent Bible studies, fun and creative activities to help the girls grow closer to each other and God, free breakfast, volunteer opportunities, off campus brunches and Bible studies, and so much more,” said Leatt.
