(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The second semester begins Jan. 10 at LRHS.
Around 2400 Mustangs will return to campus to resume classes following Winter Break. Official public school grades are based on semesters, so the new term gives each student a chance to start fresh.
The day will begin with students in their assigned alphabetical homerooms. LRHS Assistant Principal Thomas Bellantonio said it’s essential that students report directly to the proper classroom.

“Homeroom assignments are used to distribute schedules and other important documents to students that may have changes due to the new semester,” he said.
Bellantonio stressed it’s especially important for students with one-semester classes such as American Government or Drivers Education get their new schedules so they can fine their new, second semester courses.
Here are the second semester homeroom assignments. The list will also be available in the school cafeteria and will be posted next to the front office.
