(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – As LRHS approaches winter break, Mustangs have many events to look forward to.
For many Mustangs the winter break means more time with friends and family.
Freshman Aidan Sanders said, “I’m looking forward to family visiting during the holidays and the food that they cook.”
Sophomore Riley Malin said, “I am looking forward to sleeping in and maybe go to Boston for vacation with my family.”
Sophomore David Rutkauski stated, “I’m looking forward to spending time with my family and getting the chance to relax after a long year of band activities.”
Junior Anatalia Diaz said, “I’m looking forward to working. I’m in so much debt right now and am looking forward to being able to pay it off.”

Senior Lucas Viera said, “I’m looking forward to having time off to see friends and family during the holidays. On Christmas Eve, my entire family gathers to sing Spanish Christmas carols and open presents when the clock hits 12 a.m.”
Senior Jaithan Phillips said, “I’m excited to hang out with my friends over break and do a white Christmas together.”
The last exam day will be this Thursday, Dec. 22.
