(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms are now available, and it is recommended that all LRHS seniors who plan to attend college next year begin to fill out and complete their forms.

Mustangs should have a parent or guardian present in order to help in fill out the FAFSA. There is lots of required information that is specific to parent and family background, income, and living situations.  Having a guardian can assist in filling out.

There is also required personal information, such as social security numbers as well as drivers license numbers if applicable

FASFA allows Mustangs to gain access to aid and student loans, and if required for many scholarships.

Senior Kaitlyn Case has begun to fill out her FASFA forms.

“Although FASFA is a long and difficult process, I think that it would be beneficial to my financial aid once I’m finished,” said Case.
