(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – On Thursday, Nov. 17, LRHS will hold a “The Facts. Your Future” assembly.

The school administration and the district have come together to hold an assembly that is dedicated to informing seniors on the dangers of drugs to the brain.

“Students should expect to learn about firsthand accounts of the hazards of using drugs and ways to prevent using them,” said LRHS Assistant Principal Thomas Bellantonio.

 “The Facts. Your Future.” is Florida First Lady Casey DeSantis’ multi-faceted campaign to heighten youth understanding of the dangerous and life-altering effects of substance use,” according to the campaign’s website.
