(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS hosted various Halloween celebrations across campus.
The LRHS Student Government Association (SGA) and adviser Tommy Cuervo hosted the school’s annual Halloweenie Roast.
The long-time tradition, serving hot dogs, brats and other treats to faculty and staff, was held in the dance room during all lunch periods.
LRHS Principal Dustin Dahlquist said, “We are bringing back the grill with brats, hot dogs, sides, and Der Dutchman pies!”
History teacher Benjamin Hall said, “Thank you to Mr. Cuervo and the SGA students for the first real Halloweenie Roast in a few years. The food was great, and it is always great to see what activities the kids have set up. Thank you!”
Dahlquist continued, “The HOPE Ambassadors and the SGA have collected money for Hurricane Ian relief for local families for the Halloween Costume Day.”
