(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS reminds parents there is an easy procedure to take their students out of school early.

The school offers a paperless Early Release Form.

This form can be located on the LRHS school website under the “parents” tab.

Parents can fill out this form as a request for their student to sign out of school early.  Parents completing this form must have it turned in by 7:25 a.m. the day of the early sign out.

LRHS senior secretary Yesika Salcido said, “The student’s name will be included on the Daily Early Release list sent to teachers. The student’s name must be on the form in order to be authorized for dismissal.”
