(LAKEWOOD RANCH FL) – The LRHS girls Lacrosse preseason at LRHS has started for the 2022-2023 school year.
Seniors in the lacrosse program have been hosting voluntary conditioning sessions at 2:50 p.m. Monday – Friday at the wall ball courts.
The program has hired new coaches this year, Blair Woods and Audrey Mallo.
Lacrosse season will begin at the end of January with tryouts scheduled for Jan. 23-25.
Senior Sammie King said, “Conditioning is important for the upcoming season, so as a team we will be well prepared and accustomed to the physical work that our sport demands of us.”

Girls lacrosse members encourage new members to come to the voluntary conditioning to start practicing for this upcoming season.
New coaches Woods and Mallo are excited for the upcoming season and so far, have 18 regular season varsity games and 10 JV games scheduled.
King said, “I am excited for this upcoming season because we have all the right people to make this season the best one yet.”
