Erika White is LRHS’s new permanent substitute

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- LRHS welcomed full-time substitute teacher Erica White to the school for the 2022-2023 school year.

White has spent the better part of her teaching career in Pinellas County teaching nutrition and wellness.

Over her career, White has helped many students lose weight and lead a healthier life. She herself has been a vegan for 16 years counting.

White said, “The shift from teacher to class sub has been an easy transition as I was a sub for several years prior to becoming a full-time high school teacher.”

White is excited for what the year brings.

“My experience has been incredible at Lakewood Ranch High.  The students and staff are amazing! I am just extremely happy here,” White continued.

White believes that the hardest part of the job is memorizing all the students’ names.
