Jessica Kobetitsch – Mustangs Ahead
(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – As the LRHS Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) starts up for the 2022-2023, information about the club is available for new and returning members.
FBLA is a club geared toward students interested in pursuing a career in business.
FBLA holds meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month in room 524.
FBLA adviser Sharelies Rodriguez said, “The mission FBLA is to inspire students and prepares students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences.”
This year, FBLA will be recognizing a member each month. The member of the month will be a member that exemplifies the core values of FBLA through their actions both with FBLA and outside of FBLA.
This month’s member of the month is senior Perla Casarrubias-Nunez who was voted as the chapter president for this school year.
Rodriguez continued, “Future Business Leaders of America is the largest business Career and Technical Student Organization in the world. Each year, FBLA-PBL helps over 230,000 members prepare for careers in business.”
FBLA is open to Mustangs of all grade levels.
