Senior Jordyn Patterson said, “I enjoy dressing up for spirit week because it’s something different than what I normally wear. It’s fun to participate in the school spirit events.”

LRHS hosted a Homecoming Clash of the Classes Monday night. The event pits classes and teachers against each other in games such as four corners, musical chairs, dodgeball, water bottle flipping, Tic-Tac-Toe, tug of war, etc.

“It was such a fun event, something great that everyone who went got to experience since 2020,” said junior Ainsley Ellis.

The senior class finished first in the Clash of Classes with juniors finishing second, the staff finishing third, freshman finishing fourth, and sophomores fifth.

Spirit Week will end on Sept. 17 with a Homecoming dance.
