(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS Silver Stars attended a Universal Dance Association (UDA) camp where they won two Superior trophies, all blue ribbons, and a spirit stick.

The team spent four days learning new skills and choreography from July 9-12 in St. Petersburg, FL.

Senior Olivia Ellis said, “UDA camp was an awesome experience for everyone on the team, we all got to bond together and grow together as a team.”

The team competed using their home routine and received second place for their pom performance, qualifying them for nationals.

Silver Stars Audrey Riegling and Juliana Anderson were selected as All American Dancers, and they can join a competitive travel dance team.

Anderson also received a Pin it Forward award, a prestigious recognition to a stand-out camper.
