(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – This summer, Advanced Placement (AP) Human Geography teacher Samantha Biggs took Mustangs to visit Ireland, England, and France.
Mustangs took a flight out of Tampa International Airport on July 16 to spend a week exploring Europe.
Their trip to Ireland included a castle tour in the rural parts of Ireland and “The Dark Side of Dublin” tour.
Sophomore Sarisa Ranajee said, “My favorite part was holding goats and seeing the beautiful green sights.”
In England, Mustangs learned more about Shakespeare and visited the House of Parliament and Big Ben.

Sophomore Kendall Huerta said, “I liked London the most. Everyone speaks English, some with a very thick accent.”
Paris, France was the last stop on the trip.
While in Paris, France, Mustangs spent time at the Louvre Museum, as well as the Eifel Tower.
Ranajee said, “My favorite part about the trip was going to Paris and seeing The Eiffel Tower twinkle at night while we were on a tall building.”
Biggs and Mustangs Abroad also traveled to Australia this past June.
Biggs said,” I teach AP Human Geography, so I am constantly entrenched in learning about the world, and I want my students to be able to see the class in the real world.”
