(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS hosted orientations for all incoming Mustangs at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday.

Over 1,000 incoming students and families attended an informational meeting and a club fair to introduce them to LRHS.

At the sessions, LRHS Principal Dustin Dahlquist went over what Mustangs can expect over the upcoming school year, along with the class options for students.

Noting LRHS’s state-awarded 20021-22 “A” grade, Dahlquist said, “The ‘A’ doesn’t come easy. It starts the first day of school and lasts all through the year. It’s a testament to the hard work by our students and faculty.”

A club fair hosted by Mustangs and advisers of various clubs and sports was available to incoming students after the informational meeting.

“We have so many programs here we’d be well into the afternoon if we wanted to talk about all the opportunities you have at LRHS,” Dahlquist said at the morning session.
