LRHS media center offers year-end community service opportunity

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Mustangs are invited to help in the LRHS media center for community service hours starting next Monday, May 16.

Any books, DVDs, or class sets should be returned by the end of the school year.

Library advisers will ask for Mustangs to organize piles of textbooks and arrange them back in order.

Mustangs can visit the media center during a free class period to help. All help will gain community service hours.

Media assistant Jake Dube said, “As we close down the media center for the end of the year, any help is appreciated. Let me know a time and day next week that works for you!”

LRHS classes will be instructed to return borrowed material at the media center.
