LRHS athletic trainer Sydney Suppa and Sharrer are the coordinators of this event.

Suppa said, “My goal in this event is to normalize discussions of mental health, remind student athletes that there are safe people on campus to talk too, and there are resources available to them. We are excited for a positive turnout in student athletes, coaches, teachers, and administrators.”

Teachers and administrators urge all Mustang athletes to be in attendance.

“We want to help normalize some of the struggle’s students at the high school and college level experience, so we wanted to provide real stories, so they know they are not alone,” continued Suppa.
