(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS Mustangs took to the stands at the Bradenton Marauders’ “East vs. West” Spirit game Friday at LECOM Park.
LRHS Mustangs and staff came to show their school spirit and support in the Marauders against the Dunedin Blue Jays.
Sophomore Grace Vilasi helped the Ranch Ambassadors before the game.
“I’m excited for the game because we really get to express our school spirit and beat Manatee High,” she said.

LRHS Principal Dustin Dahlquist and new Student Government Association (SGA) adviser Joseph Cuervo both attended the game, which followed a rainstorm.
Dahlquist said, “Despite the rain earlier, we’re proud of all the Mustangs for showing up, from the band to the Ranch Ambassadors and we thank them for showing up and showing spirit.”
Cuervo said, “It’s been a huge success, there has been tons of support from the community.”
LRHS Mustangs, including cheerleaders, band and some clubs, showed up and showed out, expressing their school spirit.
