Alexandra Devine – Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS is hosting the 1A District 21 Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) beach volleyball district tournament on Tuesday, April 26 at Upper Manatee River (UMR) Sports Facility.

The Mustangs are the first seed followed by Palmetto, Parrish Community, Keswick Christian, and St. Petersburg Catholic.

LRHS freshman Eliza Lander said, “After last Thursday’s win against Sarasota High School, we are ready for districts and hopefully get the chance to advance to regionals and states.”

The Mustangs’ first game of the tournament will be at 10:30 a.m. against the winner of the Keswick Christian vs. St Petersburg Catholic game.
