Sophia Bayindiryan – Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – “Mustangs Ahead” journalism has announced the leadership team for the 2022-2023 school year.

The Mustangs Ahead officers for the 2022-2023 school year are:

  • Senior Editor – Jennifer Schillinger
  • Senior Associate Editor – Katie Foley
  • Junior Associate Editor – Ainsley Ellis
  • Outreach Coordinator – Tess Lippincott
  • Engagement Editor – Kaitlyn Case
  • Podcast Editor – Kaitlyn Harper

Schillinger said, “I am so excited to be a part of this excellent leadership team and cannot wait to work with them next school year.”

“Mustangs Ahead” adviser and journalism teacher Tom Honsa said he’s looking forward to the coming school year.

“I have great confidence in this incoming group,” he said.  “They represent an impressive collection of talent and determination.”

Ellis said she has big goals for next year. 

“I am looking forward to the next two years to be able to help Mustangs Ahead be the best it can be,” she said.
