(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS volleyball team is hosting a boys volleyball tournament on Monday, April 25 to help raise funds for next season. The games begin at 6 p.m. and spectators are welcome.
Each team must have six to eight players, a team name, and a varsity volleyball player as a coach. To be able to participate, each player must pay $5.
LRHS varsity volleyball player Mallory Lloyd, senior, said, “I am very excited to have a chance to coach a team because we haven’t done the tournament for three years. The last time I coached a team was my freshman year of high school.”

Practices will be held April 11 – 15 and April 18 – 22.
“The practices are necessary so that each team can figure out what they plan on doing and feel prepared for the games,” added Lloyd.
Sign-up sheets can be found at all lunch periods in the cafeteria.
Any questions can be directed to LRHS head volleyball coach Perri Hankins or any volleyball player.
