LRHS students enjoy the success of the 2022 Cowboy Prom

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS chapter of FFA hosted a successful western style prom called Cowboy Prom for members on Saturday, March 19.

“We had about 50 FFA members from all around District 10 come in for the event, “ said LRHS agriculture teacher McKenzie Gorsky.  “We had a lot of fun and I feel like we provided a safe and successful event to the many kids who have missed out on prom in years prior due to COVID-19.”

The event was hosted by the LRHS FFA program and its alumni and included food, dancing, and ample photography opportunities.

“The dance was a great experience, and it was great to meet other people in the agricultural community while getting to participate in such a staple high school event,” said senior LRHS Daniella Levato.
