(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Juniors at LRHS will be taking an on-campus, in-school Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) at 7:30 a.m., on Wednesday, March 2.

The SAT is a standardized test meant to show schools how prepared students are for college by measuring key skills like reading comprehension, computational ability, and clarity of expression.

Mustangs taking the SAT must bring pencils and a calculator.

LRHS math teacher Macie Adams said, “I advise Mustangs to do as many practice tests as possible and make sure to research the problems that were difficult, or they got wrong.”

If juniors would like to opt out of the SAT, they can call or email testing coordinator Jeff Simmons at 727-6100 x2220 or simmonsj@honsat
