To qualify for off campus dual enrollment courses through the State College of Florida (SCF), Mustangs need to meet the following requirements:

  • 3.0 unweighted high school grade point average (GPA)
  • PERT
    • 106 Reading
    • 103 Writing
    • 123 Math

The test will be free of cost if taken at school.

College and career counselor adviser Ricardo Acevedo said, “Dual enrollment classes give you extra weighted points on your GPA, and no exit exam is required to earn that credit. Mustangs just need to maintain a C or above in dual enrollment classes. The PERT test will allow the student to see if they are qualified for dual enrollment.”
