LRHS students and teachers enjoyed the Stampede volleyball game

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- The LRHS Stampede is looking to host more fun activities for the remainder of the school year.

Stampede adviser and LRHS business teacher Tommy Cuervo said, “I’m expecting to have more people and in the student sections for games and the atmosphere to be amazing for basketball and soccer playoffs.”

To promote spirit the Stampede will be hosting tailgates for the spring sports senior nights and tonight’s boys regional soccer final.

They are also looking to have another sports tournament in collaboration with the LRHS Student Government Association (SGA) similar to last semester’s volleyball tournament.

Senior Steven Brown added, “We to hope to pack the student section for some of our most successful programs’ playoffs.”
