Media center open despite retirement

LRHS substitute Jake Dube is helping out in the school media center

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Although LRHS Media Specialist Jill Mullins has retired, the school media center is still open for Mustangs to use.

Long-term substitute Jake Dube can currently be found in the media center to help Mustangs.

Dube said, “I never envisioned myself here, but I am excited at the opportunities of being at LRHS.”

Along with the change in personnel there are long-term plans to convert the media center into a student study center.

The goal is to provide a space for Mustangs to do work and focus on their learning.

Renovations are planned to take place this upcoming and the following school year.
