Only 108 student-athletes nationwide received a PCA Scholarship.
Willemsen said, “Playing flag football helped me learn about sportsmanship, camaraderie, and perseverance through difficult times.”
Positive Coaching Alliance – Tampa Bay partner operations manager Beth Anne Brown said the PCA is proud to recognize student athletes like Willemsen.
“Positive Coaching Alliance – Tampa Bay is pleased to recognize and reward athletes like Paige who have a positive impact on their team, their school and their community through their sports participation,” she said. “We’re particularly excited about Paige because she’s coached by PCA Double-Goal Coach National Winner, Elijah Weaver, and has participated in our Character & Leadership Development Program. She is truly a Triple-Impact Competitor!”
