Participating members put in hard work to polish the areas surrounding the memorial to honor the names of Chase Coyner, Matthew Powers, Andrea Barberena Rojas, and Dashwood Payen.

Hope ambassadors president senior Ava Ebling said, “We hope that this project inspires other clubs at LRHS to take part in taking care of our campus.”

Hope Ambassadors launched in Florida in 2019 and works to create an environment of kindness and compassion through school and community initiatives.

LRHS social studies teacher and Hope Ambassadors adviser Samantha Stoltz said, “I loved seeing Mustangs taking part in the memorial remembrance and help keep their memory alive by cleaning the memorial.”
