(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS Technology Student Association (TSA) will be hosting an informational meeting for interested Mustangs after school on Monday, Sept. 13 inroom 409.

TSA is a club based around science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) activities and events.

Every year Mustangs are given the chance to choose from almost 40 different events ranging in topics from engineering, architecture, video production, fashion design, and more.

President senior Madi Sidlo said, “This club gives students the chance to run for officer positions not on for the LRHS chapter but for districts, states, and nationals, which is an amazing opportunity.”

TSA is a way for Mustangs to meet others who are passionate about STEM and competing with their own projects.

Vice president senior Paige Willemsen said, “My favorite part about TSA is definitely when I got to go to Orlando and spend four days competing with all my friends at the state competition. It’s definitely frantic and crazy, but it was a lot of fun and we got to take home trophies to celebrate all of our hard work from the year.”

Meetings will be held after school Mondays and Wednesday.
