LRHS teachers Meghan Sugalski (l) and Faust Delazzer get “slimed”

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – After school Wednesday five LRHS teachers were “slimed” to raise money for the 2021 graduating class.

Participants of the stunt included English teacher Mike Wood, science teacher Faust Delazzer, testing coordinator Jeff Simmons, and math teachers Ann Fleury and Meghan Sugalski.

The slime was made out of vanilla pudding, water, green food coloring and cornstarch.

Fleury, senior class adviser, organized the event.

“I would like it to become an annual event. I think it would be a fun event for the Mustangs to look forward to each year,” said Fleury.

At lunch over the last few weeks Mustangs put money into boxes representing teachers they wished to see slimed.

The fundraiser raised $424 and the earnings will go towards senior events.

The five teachers stood in the school courtyard,  beneath the building five balcony, as colleagues dumped buckets of the concoction on them.
