Student dedication means a 2020-21 yearbook

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The 2020-2021 LRHS yearbook was completed and went to press April 1. The LRHS yearbook club has been working on it since the beginning of the school year.

There was no yearbook class this year due to COVID-19 and scheduling issues, so Mustangs created a club where they could produce a yearbook and earn community service hours.

The yearbook will not feature any academics or clubs and will be shorter than previous years.

“My favorite memory from this year was meeting all the different kinds of people at our school and collaborating with my friends to make a cool yearbook to tell the story of this important year,” said yearbook editor senior Emma Tullio.

LRHS assistant principal Jeannie Galindo has monitored the process.

“I’m very proud of the students that came out to join the club and it speaks a lot about their character and shows their commitment to the school,” she said.

Previous yearbooks are now available for purchase online.

The release date for the 2020-21 yearbook is TBA.
