Animal science is one topic “Little Ranchers” will encounter this summer

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – From June 7 – 11, LRHS will host a “Little Rancher’s Agriculture Camp” for upcoming fourth to sixth graders for the 2021-2022 school year.

Campers will be introduced to agriculture through hands-on experiences and activities based on plant science, animal science, marine science, and environmental science.

Campers are required to wear face coverings and bring their own lunches.

The cost is $200 per camper, and the maximum is 20 campers.

Camp days will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m.

Before and after care will also be offered from 7:00-8:30 a.m. and aftercare 3:30-5:00 p.m. for a fee of $100.
