Peer tutoring can also be scheduled by appointment and all appointments can be made through Lester.
Senior Peer Tutoring Secretary Ella Botko stated, “Peer tutoring is a really great resource to have, regardless of your classes. The tutors are nice and really help you understand concepts easily.”
Lester can be contacted by email at lesterr@manateeschools.net.
Meanwhile, the LRHS peer tutoring program is now offering Scholarships.
Scholarship applications are available for seniors who have participated in peer tutoring through the remind app or outside of room 517.
Peer tutoring is also passing out applications for underclassmen who wish to run for an officer position for next school year. Applications can also be found outside of room 517 or on the remind app.
Both the Scholarship and leadership applications are due back toLester by Friday, March 26.
