Emma Tullio- Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- The LRHS Mustangs band is back in action with weekly after-school rehearsals.

Band director Ron Lambert announced optional after school rehearsals for any band Mustangs interested in Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band.

Practices for Wind Ensemble are from 3 – 4:30 p.m. every Tuesday, and Jazz Band from 3 – 4:30 p.m. every Thursday.

These rehearsals are in preparation for a Spring concert, as well as to build a repertoire for when it is safe to perform again.

Senior Sophie Botko said, “If anything has remained unchanged, it is Lambert’s attitude. He has been hopeful for a great season despite the challenges COVID-19 has given us and was very thoughtful to the senior class.”
