Ryan Hanson- Mustangs Ahead

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS flag football is starting up soon. The girls have had their first informational meeting and have about 40 girls who are interested in playing.

Coach Elijah Weaver said, “I would like for a few more girls to show up to try out but due to COVID the number of girls who are trying out is limited.”

Weaver added, “Last year’s team has been completing workouts since November and this team is about as athletic as any team I’ve ever coached here at the Ranch. We will hold try-outs on Monday, Feb. 1 but will not start our first official practice until the following Monday, Feb. 8.”
