HOSA Public Health competitor junior Surain Ranajee said, “Competition is already stressful as it is, and this year brought on new challenges working together virtually. But with new challenges comes new skills, so we are excited to see what we can bring to the table.”

The participating members had to adjust their in-person events when they were told the competition would be held online due to COVID-19.

HOSA secretary Nicole Chen, sophomore, stated, “We have been taking measures to ensure the safety of our members and others. Which includes competing remotely this year.”
