(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- This Halloween the Ranch will be hosting their 17th annual Boo Run on Saturday, Oct. 31 at Nathan Benderson Park.

To participate, Mustangs and other members of the community can either run virtually or in-person.

To run virtually participants will run a 5k on their own time between Saturday, Oct. 31 and Sunday, Nov. 1. They will record their times and send them in.

If participants choose to run at the physical event, they must choose a start-time where they will be running in a group of 25. Groups are spaced out in five-minute increments to help maintain social distance.

All runners at the event are required to wear masks before and after the race.

The registration fee for both the virtual and in-person fee is $35.

Runners can either pick up their packet on Thursday, Oct. 29 at the Fit2Run in the University Town Center from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. or choose to have the packet sent to them.
