“I remember doing the Carrabba’s fundraiser last year and it was a lot of fun,” said senior Erika Lyvers, “It will be a little less lively since we won’t be serving the food, but it is still a great chance for us to do some fundraising for the team.”
Along with fundraisers, some Mustangs have taken it upon themselves to start preparing for the upcoming season by heading to the wall ball courts or fields after school.
As far as conditioning goes, “we haven’t set any official start dates yet,” said the girls coach Sammy Stoltz.
In order to support, Mustangs must buy a ticket through a student associated with the lacrosse programs or can contact coach Stoltz at stoltz2s@manateeschools.net.
