(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- With the start of the new quarter, there is some uncertainty about what the second quarter will look like, but Mustangs still have a lot they are looking forward.

Senior Joey Riley said, “For the second quarter I am hoping to get good grades as I will be applying for colleges soon. Also, I am on the LRHS football team and I want to help our football team win more. This is my last year playing football, so I want to make the very best out of it.”

Senior AJ Ward stated, “For this quarter I hope to keep my grades up and to continue studying. Final exams are coming up soon, so I am preparing for those hoping to be exempted from second semester exams.”

Junior Brooke Gore agreed with Ward.

“My goals for second quarter are to keep my grades up and to do well on my midterms. I worked hard the first quarter and I will continue to do so” Gore stated.

Sophomore Marc Ash said, “I am hoping to do well on my midterms. I am also looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas break so I can spend time with my family.”
